Subscription Policy
How subscriptions work When you subscribe to PRKL® Cactus Water, you'll be automatically charged before each delivery at the frequency you selected (weekly or monthly). Your payment method will be billed in advance of each shipment.
Discounts Subscribers receive a discount on every order — 25% off weekly deliveries and 10% off monthly deliveries.
Managing your subscription You can manage your subscription at any time by signing in to your customer account at shop.prkldrink.com. From there you can:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your payment method or shipping address
Cancellations You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations take effect immediately and no further charges will be made.
Refunds Subscription orders follow our standard Refund Policy. If you have an issue with a delivered order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
